T&Cās are in place to protect us as a small business and to ensure your booking goes smoothly. Please read carefully.
Mobile services:
We will require access to power (within 25m) and an outdoor water supply (within 25m).
Vehicles must be parked on a private driveway with enough space to fully open all doors. We do not work on vehicles parked on busy roads or pay-and-display car parks.
Please remove all personal belongings and as much rubbish as possible before we arrive.
If these requirements are not met and we are unable to carry out the booking, the full booking amount will be charged.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Alternatively, your vehicle can be dropped off at our unit, located 10 minutes outside Lisburn. This must be arranged in advance to avoid additional charges.
Additional charges:
Charges will apply for vehicles with heavy soiling, mould, excessive pet hair, sand, smoke odours, vomit, or blood. Please let us know in advance if any of these conditions apply.
Photos provided before your appointment help us give a more accurate quote and allocate sufficient time for the job.
If these conditions are not disclosed beforehand, a revised price will be issued before work begins.
Payments:
We accept bank transfer or cash payments. Full payment is due on the day the work is completed.
If we are unable to carry out the work due to no access, unsafe working conditions, or a same-day cancellation, the full booking amount will be charged.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Failure to pay may result in legal action. Missed bookings result in lost income, and cancellation fees will be enforced accordingly.
Deposits:
If a deposit is required your preferred booking dates will not be secured until the deposit is paid
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
